You might think self-love is some complicated thing, something you might have to struggle with, but the reality is that it is nothing more than being present with yourself and accepting yourself as you are in every moment.
I know that sounds challenging in times like this, but it is really simple.
I want you to become totally present with me, right now.
Let go of everything, all thoughts, beliefs and feelings. The moment you do this, you will begin to feel peace and become present. Accept yourself as you are in this moment. That includes whatever you think about yourself. The moment you do, you have stepped into self-love.
If you can continually drop your thoughts of who you are and your expectations of yourself, you will start to experience self-love. It happens in every moment you do.
The real transformation here is that you do it enough so that you become re-wired to realize that it is better to be present and in self-love than to be in your thoughts. I made my original breakthrough in self-love through my Inner Peace Method.
