Are you ready to be happy again?
If you are ready to be happy again and feel free of your problems, I have good news for you.
A problem or feeling of discomfort (with the exception of physical pain) is nothing more than an overfocused imagination. What happens when you are experiencing anxiety, stress, or worry is that you are focused on something other than what is happening right in that moment.
This may sound ridiculous, but this is the way it really is.
I want you to suspend all disbelief and let go of what you’re thinking right now so I can explain this to you.
Really, just let go and let me teach you how this works.
When you are feeling stressed and/or are unhappy, you are overfocused. You are attached in some way to something other than what is happening in your life in the moment. It could be a worry, a fear, or anything really.
Focus may sound like a great thing, but it really is a limitation. When you are focused on any thought, belief, worry, or fear, you put all your energy into it. This very act is what throws you off.
I’m sure you have experienced some situation that either stressed you out, made you worry, or put you into fear. Once you go there you suddenly start to feel off. Again, you feel off because you put all your energy into the “Thing” that threw you off.
I say thing because the “Thing” throwing you off, whether it is a real possibility or not, is an energetic object. By putting all your energy or even a portion of your energy into it, you make it feel more real and stronger.
That’s the problem. I wish I could say it’s more complicated than that, but it’s not. It did take me thousands of hours to figure this out, if that makes you feel any better.
The Solution
The solution is to let go of the object, thought, or energy that is bothering you. I want you to really start looking at it as a “Thing.” We all have many of these “Things,” probably even thousands. The important thing for the sake of being happy and having inner peace is to let go of the ones that bother you as they come up.
Letting go can be easy or difficult. It really depends on how much you are attached to what is bothering you. And that is what it really is about, attachment. Attachment to thoughts, beliefs, feelings, and emotions can create anxiety, stress, fear, worry, or discomfort.
People who have the worst fear, anxiety, stress, or worry are usually the ones that are the most attached to what bothers them. How attached are you?
It’s very understandable in these times. There is a lot of change going on. That is why it is so important to learn how this works.
This is not just something to learn for people who are extreme cases; it is something to understand so that you can have peace and happiness for the rest of your life.
Learning this does not mean that you will never experience bothersome thoughts, feelings, or emotions; it does mean that you will know how to get out of them without getting stuck ever again.
What I’m teaching you here is discipline. Although it is easy to do, it really does take discipline and practice to master.
If you do, you will forever change your life. You will be able to maintain a happy and peaceful state no matter what is going on in your life. There are so many benefits to really learning this it would be hard to list them all here, but here are some of the things it will help you with: releasing the past, feeling happiness, stress management, stress relief, anxiety relief, anxiety management, self-help, emotional healing, spiritual healing, mental self-help, worry reduction, living in the moment, self-love, letting go, self-confidence, releasing anger, clearing the mind, become present, getting grounded, and more.
This really is the key to life.
When you let go of attachment and the things that bother you, you immediately feel better and free. This is the key to happiness. When you can really accept where you are at in your life, you will move forward more easily.
