Everything you experience in life is energy; everything in life has an energy to it. When you experience discomfort (with the exception of physical pain) you are attached to or are in the wrong energy.
The way to truly make life great is to master inner peace. Inner peace is another way of saying “I am happy with life, I am clear, and I understand what is going on.” Life is good when it is flowing; that is what inner peace is all about. It is about letting go of what the mind thinks and getting into the energy and flow of life.
Inner peace is not about being passive; rather, it is about being relaxed no matter what is going on. It doesn’t mean you do nothing; rather, you know how to flow with all that is happening.
When you master inner peace, you step out of attachments that are caused by the ego or personality. Once you do that, your energy flows in a way that brings you constant happiness. This energy flow is the same as what you experience when you are in love. Everything becomes easy and OK.
What you think and feel in this good place shows up quickly and happens easily.
Inner peace is a form of spiritual mastery. Good energy is a result of being at peace with yourself. Being at peace with yourself is a result of letting go of attachment. Attachment is a focus or fixation on particular energies, thoughts, or beliefs. It is not that you won’t ever get mad after you master inner peace but that you will not get attached to being mad.
That’s a pretty big deal. One we believe is worth working towards.
