Expression: Breaking Games with Honesty (Level 1)
Your honesty can be the best exit from another’s life. It is a great way to untangle yourself from the unclear or dishonest intentions and agendas of another. We are often energetically being played in another’s game without the true awareness of how it may be holding us back or dragging on us. The simplest way to remove such drags and entanglements is to identify the game and become honest about the energy with the person playing it. For instance, if someone is using you or your energy in a particular way that is not comfortable for you, be honest about what you see going on. This will often catch them off guard and they will simply disconnect. And it typically works even if they are unaware of the energy game they are playing. I have played with this extensively, and it has the effect of almost always cutting such people loose. When they insist on energetically reattaching, I simply stay in my truth, express it to them, and they go away.
